Abstract
From a total of new data, pseudonyms and authors that up-to-date are made up by more than 500 additional pages to the Diccionario de seudónimos published in the year 2000, the authors offer us a representative sample of 45 data cards of the Diccionario (18 belonging to writers and journalists of the 19th century and 27 of personalities of the 20th century). Upon reviewing this sample, both the common reader and the investigator interested in the study of the Mexican pseudonyms will notice that the authors' work continues to back up the encyclopedic character of this book as it includes pseudonyms that not only figure in the printed media, but also appear in other communication media, such as movies and television.
